I have over 21 years’ experience (both private sector and working as a regulator) specialising in Brownfield development for a wide range of clients and developments, holding positions most recently as Technical Director at ByrneLooby and Operations Director at Ensafe.
My technical experience includes a wide variety of areas including contaminated land assessment, site investigation design and implementation, and the supervision and project management of remediation projects.
I have an excellent working knowledge of the regulatory regime associated with contaminated land assessment and remediation (former Contaminated Land Officer at Leeds City Council), including relevant environmental legislation, guidance and best practice.
My experience includes working on complex brownfield land redevelopment sites for various clients, Local Authorities, National Grid Property Holdings, Defence Infrastructure Organisation (formerly Defence Estates), Regional Development Agencies, house builders and international development companies.
When not working I can be found enjoying country music (indulging in my passion for cowboy hats and cowboy boots) and cleaning up after our seven cats!
I have worked in the service industry since 2015 and within the field of Geo-environmental consultancy since 2019.
During this time i have developed a wide range of skills relating to the geo business, most notibly financial management, project management and administration.
I am very much a people person and customer service is something I am passionate about.
When not working I share Brads pasion for country music and can generaly be found somewhere under several of our seven cats!
